Group Fitness Training | Single Session

This is a non-personalised training environment which encompasses any and all form of fitness that's done in a group setting, led by a group instructor.

Please note that sessions are limited to 5 sessions per week every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 am - 6:00 am and 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm and one on Saturday morning.
* Please note: Times will be subject to change

All missed sessions must be made up within the 30 days.
