Why struggle on your own, when you can support each other to lose weight together with a couples weight loss challenge? By committing to the couples challenge together, you are agreeing to support each other throughout the 6 weeks challenge. Sometimes one of you will lose the motivation to eat well and work out. This is when the other one is there to push you to keep going. Losing weight is an emotional rollercoaster, that’s why having the support of your loved one can make all the difference.
Upon signing up and completing a detailed lifestyle questionnaire and food diary, I will analyse the information and - within a week - I will produce a tailored meal plan in line with the information provided. Communication with me is unlimited. I keep you on track with motivational texts and am always an SMS away.
